Your career is also played off the pitch.
TRECE was born in Uruguay to stand by footballers on and off the pitch: in offers, in contracts, in the decisions that shape a career. Its core is sports law: serious work, rather than the shop window.
This website is our introduction. It is here so that a player, a family or a club can know what we do, how we think and who is behind us.
Four areas
- 01
Representation and intermediation
By the footballer's side in every negotiation and in every decision made off the pitch.
- 02
Legal advice
The core. The legal perspective on every offer, every contract and every agreement.
- 03
Sports marketing
Your image is also part of your career.
- 04
Wealth planning
Organising today what your career generates, with an eye on what comes afterwards.

How we think
- An offer is not a completed transfer. You need to confirm what was agreed, what was signed and what is still outstanding.
- Decisions made with information and backing.
- Discipline, seriousness and perseverance: what we look for in a footballer and what we bring as a team.
- Relationships of trust and a long-term view.
The legal framework
Since 1 October 2023, only a person holding a licence issued by FIFA may provide football agent services. The rules on how a representation agreement is signed, how long it lasts and what it must state are the baseline of our work. This is the timeline, with its sources.
- Licensed agents only Since 1 October 2023, only a football agent licensed by FIFA may provide football agent services. The licence is personal and non-transferable, and it is valid worldwide. FFAR, arts. 8 and 11.1
- In writing and for a limited term The representation agreement with a player must be in writing and may not exceed two years. Any automatic renewal is null and void. FFAR, art. 12.1 and 12.3
- Minimum content To be valid, the agreement must state who the parties are, how long it lasts, what the fee is and which services it includes, and it must bear the signatures. FFAR, art. 12.7
- Independent advice Before signing, the agent must inform the player in writing that they may seek independent legal advice, and the player confirms in writing whether or not they did so. FFAR, art. 12.4
- Minors No approach earlier than six months before the age at which the minor may sign their first professional contract, and always with the guardian's written consent; the agreement is signed by the minor and their guardian, and the agent must have completed FIFA's course on minors. FFAR, art. 13
